We use your information to: (a) provide and maintain the Service; (b) process payments; (c) send important service notifications; (d) prevent abuse.

03Data Storage

Your account data is stored in our database. Instance data (agent configurations, files, chat history) is stored on encrypted persistent volumes in our infrastructure. We use dedicated servers located in Europe.

04API Keys

AI provider API keys you configure are stored within your instance's persistent volume and are not accessible to our team. They are never transmitted outside of your instance.

05Third Parties

We use Stripe for payment processing. Stripe's privacy policy applies to billing data. We do not sell or share your personal data with any other third parties.

06Data Deletion

You may delete your instances at any time, which removes the associated persistent volumes. To delete your account entirely, contact us at the email below.
