01Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using ZeroOps Cloud (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
02Service Description
ZeroOps Cloud provides isolated AI agent runtime environments. Each instance runs in a VM-isolated environment with persistent storage. You are responsible for the content and actions of any agents you deploy.
03User Responsibilities
You agree to: (a) provide accurate account information; (b) maintain the security of your credentials; (c) not use the Service for illegal activities; (d) not attempt to interfere with the operation of the Service or other users' instances.
04API Keys (BYOK)
You provide your own API keys for AI providers. We do not store, inspect, or use your API keys beyond passing them to your running instances. You are responsible for securing and managing your own API keys.
05Billing
Paid instances are billed monthly via Stripe. You may cancel at any time. A 7-day grace period is provided for failed payments before instances are suspended.
06Data
Your instance data is stored on persistent volumes and survives instance restarts. We do not access your data except as needed to operate the Service. Backups are created before version updates.
07Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided “as is” without warranty. We are not liable for data loss, downtime, or any damages arising from use of the Service.
08Changes
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
